joe dispenza often comments to change your life you must first change your
energy in my experience this statement is entirely accurate
and this is what we are going to do in the following sleep reprogramming meditation
we will go straight to the vibrational representation and recode your energy
field with thoughts and feelings that are in your highest good
first we will let go of the old appreciating that there was a purpose
for its existence in the first place as a way we chose to protect ourselves and
keep ourselves safe and same then we will bring in new frequencies
feeling them in our energetic bubble i have used this many times in my life
and it is phenomenal how quickly it works to clean up old vibrations and to
move forward with new ones therefore completely adjusting your
experience it is really fun and i encourage you to use this as much as possible and test it
out for yourself so when you are ready
Meditation
find a comfortable position and gently close down your eyes
take a deep breath and exhale with the sound of ah
breathe again imagining that life force energy coming into your body with the air
and breathe out with the ah
this time take your attention to your heart
and breathe through this center become aware of your heart as energy
flows in and out of your body
breathe normally now and visualize a luminescent bubble
around your body your energetic field
if you wish you can repeat these words after me making them your own
and feeling them into being alternatively you can follow along with
the visuals and allow yourself to feel it in that way
Recoding Affirmations
let's begin right now my vibrational field is being
cleaned
i am releasing anything that no longer serves me
i let it go
i can feel it or see it being erased right now
any thoughts feelings or behaviors that are not in alignment with my highest
good
they are being released now
i let them go i can see them evaporate
i can feel them moving out of my field
like a giant eraser is rubbing them and the energy is drifting off
i understand how i have used these
limiting thoughts and feelings to my benefit
but now i thank them for attempting to keep me safe and the
same
and i let them go
thank you i let you go
all reactions responses thoughts and feelings
that has been limiting me in any way
i say thank you and goodbye
i let them go
i lovingly detach from old ways of being
i unhook myself from the old responses that are no longer serving me
i am embracing the new space
am saying bye bye to vibrations and old habits
that are no longer in my highest good
goodbye thoughts and feelings that sabotage my growth
i watch them leave now
bon voyage feelings and thoughts that diminish my happiness and joy
i can hear you i know what you are
i feel them evaporating now
farewell to feelings that limit my love for others and life
i can feel these feelings move out now
i do feelings that have kept me stuck in sameness
i can feel them move out of my field right now
evaporating into the space
i understand that you have all been there for a purpose
as a way to keep me safe and same
but now i say i love you thank you and farewell
whatever those feelings may be
i see you leaving now
whatever thoughts have kept the feelings there
i let you all go now
i watch them fly away like birds flying off into the distance
thank you and goodbye
take a deep breath
i take this moment now
to release any other feelings and thoughts
that are no longer in my highest good
i'm ready to let you go
name the thoughts feelings or reactions
and let them go
i let go of any behaviors that are no longer in my highest good
washing them away from my vibrational field
i am free to move forward with positive expectation
if it is in my highest good
i will have an awareness of what is being released
but it is not necessary because i trust
that source love is taking care of this for me
the bubble of energy that surrounds me
is getting a spring clean right now
it is becoming lighter and lighter
it is brighter and brighter
clearer and cleaner
it is shining brightly now
glowing light around my body
luminescent bright light
the energy field around my body is a
high vibration
it is light and bright
i am diverging out now
i am taking conscious responsibility for my energy field
i am setting my field with powerful positive intention
i am creating a new energy field
i am filling my field the light around my body
all the things i intend to experience
like a powerful being of light
i can make new energy in my field
now i choose to fill it with the energy i wish to procreate
with the happy joyful feelings i know are possible
with positive optimistic thoughts i prefer to think
with the powerful high vibration i know is available to me
i am enhancing the frequency
of unconditional love in my vibrational field
i feel it now unconditional love circling around in my
field
it moves through my body and mind
and flows all around me
this is the frequency of unconditional love
inside this bubble i am the energy of love
inside this new bubble of light all my decisions are based on love
it feels terrific to know now
that i can love myself
and others i choose to live from a place of love
i am love
i feel love i give love
i receive love i see love everywhere around me
i treat myself in loving ways
i love myself
i have a deep love for others
love is my new vibration
i choose now to increase the energy of acceptance in my field
i understand that accepting things as they are
gives me the power to move grow and change
i watch or feel this frequency of acceptance for myself and others
bring something new into my light bubble
acceptance of myself brings a new light
a new color what is that new color that is circling
around me now
i bring in the frequency of acceptance for others
i detach from any judgment of the way i think things should be
i detach and let go
feeling total acceptance
i feel and watch how this affects my field
now i bring in the vibration of profound appreciation
like turning up the dial on appreciation
i can see the color and sparkle
of deep appreciation vibration
increasing in the bubble around my body
i can feel the gratitude for things
not yet manifested
i am feeling the vibration of appreciation fill my field now
it forms patterns around my body
linking me with thoughts and feelings and connecting me with others
this vibration of appreciation
moves through every cell in my body
my cells vibrate with gratitude
my body feels appreciated
this vibration shines out of my heart
like a bright light beaming out of my chest
that light fills the space around me
it glows and grows in my bubble
the vibration of appreciation finds more pathways
for more things to appreciate
and this energy continues to grow within and around me
i enhance the energy of trust in my
field
i am programming my field with a strong song of trust
it sounds lovely
like everything is working out no matter how it seems on the outside
i love trust
this vibration speaks of peace and calm
this energy and light of trust
flows within my field
it speaks and says i trust that all my needs are met
i trust that life is here for me
i trust that the universe has my back
i trust that everything is working out for me
i trust that life is getting better and better
i trust that i am a powerful co-creator
i trust that i am here for a reason
i trust my intuition
i trust the whispers from my soul
i trust my heart
i have perfect timing
i am always in the right place at the right time
i am meeting the perfect people for me
i am connecting in space and time in a perfect way
i am right where i need to be
i am supported by life
life holds me and meets all my needs
i am growing in an ideal way
i am expanding all the time
i am on track
this code is inside my bubble now
swirling around shining brightly
as it moves and dances
within me and within my field
it is beautiful a magnificent vibration
changing and adjusting the magnetic field around me
