being the mountain the river the beach

every human and animal i'm so grateful for the experience of

oneness

let go of all feelings of limitation

and let go of all resistance and accept

i accept everything as it is right now

i let it be seeing it clearly accepting all of it

i am allowing all contrast to birth new preferences

i allow my heart and mind to be at peace

i surrender all to the universal mind

i trust that there is a larger play going on

a bigger picture

i trust everything is working perfectly in divine timing

i am at peace with everything as it is right now

i am one with the expansive universe

i am free to think and feel as i wish

i am free to choose my direction

free to choose my preference

i am free to choose my thoughts and feelings

there is freedom here right now

in this moment i decide what to think and therefore how

i feel

i choose to listen to the greater voice

the voice of wisdom the larger self

i can hear my higher self

i can feel my intuition

i live in harmony with the expansive vision of my life

i include all in this harmony

i hear see and feel how all things really are in harmony

i let myself see the larger picture and the harmony that exists

i experience my feelings i allow myself to be real and feel

to let it out and to let it go

i am getting so good at letting things go

i'm getting better every day at focusing in ways that make me feel good

my life experience is getting better and better
