situations by the emotions that were felt at that particular point in time
and according to the law of attraction and the law of assumption the key to
manifestation is creating and sustaining the feeling of already having or being
the desired outcome this is why you will tune into your
future feelings during this meditation today tuning into how you want to feel in the
future brings that future vibration into the present moment
emotions are energy and your current energy is your reality
so by installing your future emotions into your body and mind
you are actively creating your future remember that sometimes the universe has
an even greater plan for us from a larger perspective than we can imagine
from where we currently stand therefore it is best to manifest with
feelings and emotions and allow any images or visions to arrive naturally
and ultimately to trust in the highest power having the greatest vision for our
life let's begin
Guided Manifestation Meditation
make yourself comfortable in a seated position place your hands in your lap or on your
knees allow yourself to be in a place where
you are relaxed yet still awake and alert
and when you're ready gently close down your eyes
take a deep breath in and fill your body with fresh air
then gently exhale and soften your muscles
grow your spine tall and rest your sit bones firmly on the ground beneath you
imagine Roots growing from the base of your spine down into the Earth beneath
these roots travel deep down into the soil and you feel yourself really connected
to this place in time and space
you are connected to the Earth and fully present here in the moment
from your roots in the Earth imagine a light growing up your spine
and extending out through the crown of your head
feel that light reaching up to the sky above
this light is what connects you to source to a greater Universal energy
a life force God or a higher power
that is always helping and supporting you as you move through life
tune into the sensation of being the channel between the earth beneath you
into the sky above you
feel yourself being here and now
completely present in your body
with your focus on your breath
feel the expansion and contraction of your belly and lungs
as your breath moves through your body
deep in your breath as you deepen your awareness
begin to notice the slight pours between each inhale and
exhale
that moment of complete Stillness in the breath and
in the body
how do you feel in this moment of nothingness
now deep in your breath even more
use the exhale as a cleansing breath to remove old energy
and to let go of anything that is holding you back from creating your perfect future
it is now time to travel into the future
and connect with some aspect of your life that you want to manifest into
reality this could be a new
Liberation a loving partner a supportive friend dream job or the ability to travel more
what is something that you wish for yourself in the future
what are the feelings you are expecting to receive in this future situation

whether this dream of yours is something you wish to see in three months two years or even ten years in the future
now softly and naturally tune into the vision
of what this version of you looks like
during manifestation you can let go of a linear time frame
and invite this future self into the body now

can you see
really look around in your vision and notice the details
now feel into all of your senses what noises can you hear in the
background sounds can you hear nearby
what can you smell can you taste anything

the sense of feeling what does this version of yourself feel
laughs
what emotions are present
whether it is Joy excitement love curiosity or something else
choose the strongest emotion for you feel and allow yourself to experience it
completely
what does this emotion do to your body what does it do to your mind
breathe this feeling deep into your body
and imagine it Landing in every single cell within you
each inhale invites this feeling deeper into your bones and muscles
each exhale releases any part of you that doesn't believe this feeling is
possible
inhale to let the feeling land in your body
and exhale to let go of rigid expectations
inhale to create space for more of this emotion within you
exhale to let go of fears of your future
keep breathing deeply in this way
inhaling whatever you need to support your journey into the future emotion
exhaling to remove fears worries or outdated beliefs
the more you breathe like this the clearer your body and mind will
become the way that you are the Channel between
the sky Earth beneath you you are also a channel between your
current and future selves
by embodying this future emotion you are bringing the vibration of the
future into the present
present you are bringing the future into your reality into the Here and Now
keep breathing
feel how wonderful it is to truly Embrace this Future Self

what kind of Life can your future self create
take three final deep breaths here strengthening your vision and feelings
with every breath
now that you have seen and felt a glimpse of what your future holds
and have experienced the strongest emotions that your future self can carry
allow yourself to let it all go
let go of any expectations of how your future will unfold
and Trust that it or something even better
will develop for you in the best possible way because Source has your back
and the universe is conspiring to help you and support you in any way it can
because you are loved love you are worthy
and your wishes and experiences are valuable
so let go now and Trust
that everything is working out for you
let go of any ideas and wishes that you are holding on to
for us trust that it will all work out wonderfully for you
let go and surrender completely now
God the universe has collected your feelings and intentions
whoever you would like to hand these feelings over to has received it now
it is in their hands you are co-creating with the universe
this is the part where you let it go give it to the highest possible source
feel the release as it leaves your body
feel a release as the attachment to it leads your body
imagine your body becoming liked and
free as you let go of expectations for years imaginings and even feelings
let yourself be completely free of your future
as you return to your body present in this very moment
it is time to consider the following questions
how can you bring more of your future emotion into your current life situation
what little things can you add to your daily activities or routines
to invite more of your future into your present
for example if you felt playful joyful or creative in your future
what can you do to feel playful joyful or creative today
if you could do anything to create space for your future emotion
what would you do
contemplate these questions for the next few moments noticing where any answers or insights
arise
I would recommend doing this meditation for 30 days
or more to help you to instill these future
emotions within your body and mind
helping you to co-create this reality
take a deep breath in and then softly Let It Go
Place both hands over your heart and say thank you
thank you to yourself taking the time to go on this journey
thank you to your future self we're showing you how the future feels
thank you to your mind for allowing you to create a vision of the future
thank you to your body for being the container for your life force
and energy that brings your dreams to life
thank you thank you thank you it is done and so it is
gratitude is one of the highest emotions because when you experience gratitude
you experience thanks for what has happened even if it hasn't happened on a physical
level yet appreciation will make you feel as though it has
gratitude will tell your body that it is thankful for the possibilities and experiences that are available to
you take one last breath in
and gently let that breath go
