today's meditation practice is a guided
affirmation practice to promote mental
and physical health
you can do this seated or lying down
wherever you're comfortable
so go ahead and find a position that
feels good right now
affirmations help to rewire our brains
to think more positively
when we are in a positive mindset
we are more likely to take action in the
direction of what it is we're trying to
create in our lives and in this case
that's healing
affirmations work best when they're
stated in the present tense
and when you genuinely believe that they
could be true
so if the phrases i share in this
practice don't quite resonate with you
i hope you'll just take them as
inspiration to write your own
affirmations are always more powerful
when they're written in your own words
anyway
so all of that being said
