today's meditation practice is a guided

affirmation practice to promote mental

and physical health

you can do this seated or lying down

wherever you're comfortable

so go ahead and find a position that

feels good right now

affirmations help to rewire our brains

to think more positively

when we are in a positive mindset

we are more likely to take action in the

direction of what it is we're trying to

create in our lives and in this case

that's healing

affirmations work best when they're

stated in the present tense

and when you genuinely believe that they

could be true

so if the phrases i share in this

practice don't quite resonate with you

i hope you'll just take them as

inspiration to write your own

affirmations are always more powerful

when they're written in your own words

anyway

so all of that being said

Affirmations

let's go ahead and get started

i am here

i am fully here

in this present moment

i am aware of my body

i am aware of my breath moving in and

out of my body

i am setting the intention

to relax

i am setting the intention

when i relax

i activate my body's ability to heal

that activation is happening

right

now

my body

is already healing itself

i am full of energy and vitality

health happens effortlessly

health is my body's natural state of

being

my body and i are on the same team

my body wants to be healthy

i take time to nurture myself

i am always worthy of being cared for

i nourish my body with enough food

water and rest

i give myself permission to relax

when i relax

i activate my body's ability to heal

healing is intuitive

i honor my body

i am drawn to things that help heal me

i enjoy taking care of myself

i listen

to my body

i listen

to my body

i make sure

my physical needs are met

i prioritize my own well-being first

i am healing at my own pace and that's

okay

i deserve to be healthy

i deserve to be healthy

i am healing mind

body

and spirit

i am full of energy and vitality

i take care of my body

i take care of my heart

i give myself permission to feel what i

feel

i acknowledge all parts of myself

i am whole

and complete
