extraordinary unique expression of the
infinite
you are magnificent
you have no reason to doubt how
wonderful you are
it is only your old mind habit based on
some experiences you had in the past
that caused any feeling of concern
self-doubt or unworthiness within you
to one degree or another we all have had
this
it is a societal generational lesson and
blessing for all of us
but you know on some level now
that your self-doubt is not who you are
it is not who you are
look deeply within
where your heart speaks in its most
vulnerable and open space
and you will also see your strength
there
there is exceptional brilliance
resilience
trust faith and courage
you are magnificent
bold and bright full of light
illuminated beyond and maybe because
of some of the darkest of experiences
are worthy of all the great wonderful
and fantastic things
you are so very brilliant just as you
are
let go of any self-doubt instead replace
it with a practice of trust and
self-belief
remind yourself how far you have come
and what you have been through and why
this is important to you
share who you are without concern for
others opinions and judgments
they are not reflections of you but
simply reflecting their own self
out to others and the world
you get to see what you think and feel
you make it real
don't take on others opinions as
personal for you
allow them to have their opinion without
attaching your self-worth to their ideas
ignore anyone who judges you and what
you are doing
you know who you are trust yourself
make the differentiation between the
little part of you that doubts
and the larger part of you that knows
the truth
you are doing what your heart has been
leading you into
if others don't understand
if they don't get it
if they judge your work your look your
intentions
that is their issue
not yours
it is not your job to make everyone like
you
it is not your place to be a perfect
expression for everyone else
you do you
and let others do themselves
let your voice be heard
write your story and share your skills
feelings intuitions and experiences with
others you are valuable and appreciated
there is so much appreciation for your
courage
your courage to be brave enough to stand
in your truth and let yourself be seen
heard or felt
even in unstable times
allow the haters judgments or negative
opinions of others to wash over you
don't let it in
simply let it flow past like water
flowing down glass
it doesn't stick it doesn't stay
it moves away
drips down falls
aside
keep flowing from your heart beautiful
one
don't give up
and never doubt that every moment you
have lived has led you to this
you are following your inner voice
your truth
your innermost feelings have guided you
to step outside your comfort zone
not waffle within it
look at how wonderful you are
you have faced your fear
and stepped out onto that ledge
unsure where it would lead you
on the edge of everything you have ever
known
don't give up now
don't lose faith in yourself
now is the time to trust
to trust life
and all that it has here for you
the universe will support you and your
big beautiful heart
all the way
so don't allow the small opinions of
others to bring you down
you have got this
you are
a powerful creator
creating your life around you
if you have been on this journey for a
while you will see how quickly your
thoughts become manifestations in your
life
use this
use this power you have to affect your
life in positive ways
if you stay in doubt
not trusting yourself for others or life
you will simply be creating more of this
in your world
it starts with you
not them out there
they are but reflecting your thoughts
and feelings about yourself
this is your power
turn the other cheek
ignore the negative reviews comments or
conversations
and look toward all the good
positive aspects and blessings in your
world
