thank you for being here dear soul i am

kenneth and from my heart i welcome you

to this session of i am affirmations

know and trust that your subconscious

mind listens and absorbs every word i

share

even if you may not consciously follow

every affirmation that comes to you

there is no need to repeat them or make

an effort to remember all of them if you

don't want to

just allow them to flow to you

like you are standing in a beautiful

waterfall

completely

in the present

moment

imagine that the high vibrational words

i share now are your words

that they are your reality

and only that which is for your higher

good

will be absorbed and reinforced

by your body

mind

heart and spirit

aligning to higher consciousness

here we go

my body is the temple of my soul

it is the vehicle for experiencing life

through all my senses

it is the tool in which i use to move

groove and create in this physical

reality of life

for this opportunity to learn grow and

expand

i honor this simple truth

that my body is the only place i have to

live for the rest of my life

to take care of my body on a whole new
