I've moved on for my past mistakes and embrace my future recovery I deserve to

be free from my addictions I am mindful

of all my impulses

I am always mindful of what enters my body in space I have everything I need

to take care of myself

I am a positive and happy person I have

endless willpower to say no to the things I don't want in my life I am my

own best friend and I choose to do the right thing every time it's up to me to

my past does not equal my future nothing

has power over me except my own positive mind I create a new life with new rules

which fully support me I am enjoying a

life free of addiction every day is a

fresh start I choose to handle all

experiences with love forgiveness and joy I am worthy of great things

temptations

courageous I will not listen to the

negative thoughts instead I will focus on the positive ones I am successful

burden if I need help I do not compare

myself to others my life is my amazing movie my body gives me so much and keeps
