Tonight we return to trust. Many have been conditioned away from the understanding that we are part of the universe and nature, and we can trust it to look after us, provide for us, and meet us. In the last few hundred years, much of society has only taught us to survive. Be afraid. There is not enough to sit in lack or limitation and separate ourselves from others for fear of being hurt. When you can reprogram your mind and energy field with thoughts and feelings of faith, trust and grace, your experience will match and reflect these frequencies. The universe and our planet exist in harmony without our resistance or control. There is balance and beauty. There is always enough. And adaptation occurs to create new. Many have lost touch with the simple truth that we live in a loving, supportive, connected environment and therefore create life situations that fulfill their own prophecy of lack and limitation. It is time to turn that around by taking conscious control of the habitual thoughts that roll around in the back of your mind. With sleep reprogramming, you are taking the first step to actively change the information you put in. Therefore, the result of your life by way of the thoughts, feelings, behaviors and actions you take will be different. Your reality will change when you come from a place where trust reigns supreme. Let's begin. Find a comfortable position. And when you are ready. Gently. Close down your eyes. Allow these words to become your own. Let them settle and sink into your vibrational atmosphere, adjusting your frequency to cause change and difference in your experience.

I trust the universe. I trust the universe. I trust life. I trust life to support me. I trust Liv to support me with love, food, money and time. I trust that all my needs are met. And so much more. I trust that my needs and desires are supported. I trust that there is a phenomenal being of light and love. I am a part of this energy. This energy adores me. It loves and supports me. I trust that I am a part of that phenomenal being of love and light. I am the energy of that magnificent consciousness. I am the energy of love. I am energy. I am light. The universe supports life. It supports expansion. It encourages growth. The energy of the universe spiritually stimulates my life. It helps me to expand. It advocates my expansion in any way I wish to grow. The universe supplies all the money I need. Life supplies the shelter I need. The opportunities I need. All my needs are met with opportunity. Limitless possibilities are surrounding me. I can choose. The universe supports my heartfelt expression. It fosters my uniqueness. While in constant connection with all. Like being a dancer in collaboration. With music and time. With others and the space surrounding. I am connected. I am connected to everything. I can trust. I am a part of it all. Emboldened by the energy of life. Full of life force energy. I trust Source. I trust myself. I trust others. I am safe.

I am cared for. Nothing can ever harm my infinite and eternal soul. I trust life to support me. I am at peace with myself. I am at peace with others. I trust the universe. Everything is always working out for me. I am open to receiving the perfect thoughts at the ideal time. I am open and available. I align with the perfect people at the perfect time. I am in a flow. A dance with the universe. We are flowing and growing together. I trust the universe and life. To move me to the perfect place. At the perfect time. I am the energy that supports my life. Life supports me. I trust nature to provide what I need. I trust that there is plenty. There is plenty of food. There is plenty of money. There are plenty of houses. There is plenty of love. Plenty of companionship. A plenty of quality friendship. A plenty of abundance. A plenty of happiness. Plenty of joy to go around. There is plenty of fun. There is plenty of time to enjoy. There is plenty of time to do everything important to me. I am a part of this. Plenty. I trust that I have full access to it. I trust the universe to provide everything I need. Just like the water provides everything the fish needs. I am thriving in this world. I am thriving as part of the universe. I am connected to everything. I trust that all my needs are met. I trust that there is always enough. I am enough.

I trust that there is a plenty of money. It is available to me. Because I am abundant. I trust that wealth, prosperity and abundance always finds me. I am a magnet for massive wealth. I trust that it always comes flooding into my life. I trust that life gives me everything I need. I trust the universe. I trust Source. I trust life to support all my needs. I'm here to live with faith and grace. I am graceful because I believe. I'm graceful because I know. I can relax. And trust that the universe will always find. Many ways to look after me. To provide me with everything I need. To connect me to the right people. To give me all the money and time I need. The answers and signals may be subtle. They may be bold. It may be obvious to many how the universe is supporting me. It may be in quiet, subtle ways. But source is always there. Guiding me, giving me everything I need to take steps. To move me around and through. Two places I wish or need to go. The universe is always there. It hears my call. It acknowledges me. It sees me. It knows me. It is me. I am it. I am the same energy that creates and sustains worlds. My world is sustained. It is flourishing and blooming. My world is blossoming. Because I trust. I trust that, like an embryo floating in the universe. The baby in its mother's womb. I am looked after. I am cared for.

I am loved.

I am lovable and the universe supports my every need. It holds me. Like the air around my body. It cradles me like gravity. Keeping me stable and grounded. It supports my growth. It feeds me with a nourishing foods. It provides everything my body needs. The universe provides me with everything my mind needs. It provides me with everything my soul needs. Everything my inner being needs to expand. Everything my heart desires. The universe provides me with a world. A planet. That supports all my needs. It gives me everything. I am important and special to the universe. Everyone is. There is always balance here. There is always opportunity. I completely trust. That there are unlimited potentials available to me. I take the moments to see them.
