This is a guided mindfulness meditation on relaxing and loving life.
Allow yourself to get comfortable, feel your entire body relax...
and bring focus to your breathing.
Natural... comfortable... And as you do so,
just imagine yourself standing on this beautiful beach
with the warm sun on your skin
the gentle sound of waves lapping on the shore.
Feel the soft sand beneath your feet.
Allow yourself to let go of any tension or stress
you may be carrying with you. It can help to focus on releasing that stress
each time you breathe out.
And as you watch these waves,
notice the way they move.
Never rushing... or struggling... Allow yourself to be like the waves...
to go with the flow of life without resistance.
You can feel your body and mind becoming more and more relaxed.
With each breath... and each passing moment.
Feel the peace within you growing stronger. Allow yourself to be fully present
and fully experience the beauty around you.
Let those waves and that warmth of the sun
remind you of the simple pleasures in life.
And the joy of being alive.
And now, if you like... Turn your attention inward. And focus on yourself.
As you are in this beautiful place,
visualize a gentle and warm light
surrounding you. wrapping you in love, and compassion.
Allow this light to penetrate deep into your soul...
filling you with a sense of self-love and acceptance.
Just let go of any negative thoughts or judgements you may have about yourself.
Remember all the positive qualities that make you who you are.
Even in this challenging world,
it is possible to find mental peace, presence, and relaxation.
By allowing yourself to be here... present in the moment... and let go of worries and distractions...
you can experience the love and beauty that life has to offer.
Just like right here on this beautiful beach.
Just continue those comforting natural breaths. And allow yourself to continue to feel gratitude
for this moment of relaxation and love.
At this time, you can either end this session,
or continue to enjoy the calming sounds.
Thank you so much for joining me today. And this will end my spoken portion of this meditation.
