more wisdom and knowledge that you are in harmony with
having trust in the universe offers space for the miraculous to weave
synchronicities and magical experiences into your life moving you
into a surrendered and open space free of resistance when you are free of resistance you are
in the flow you are in harmony with life and are available to receive and move where
your higher wisdom wishes you to go this is a remarkable way to live where you
are surrounded in blessings and can be that for others also
so when you are ready find a comfortable position and allow these words to become your own
let them sink into the field around you and move into every cell of your
physical body you are supported and safe and held in
this moment i trust in the flow of life
i trust in the larger vision of my
potential i trust and know that the being that i am

even if i don't understand something right now
i trust that it is all in perfect alignment
with the energy i am emanating
and there is reason for that
i trust that the more i let go
the more i can allow source energy
to work its magic in my life
i trust that i am in partnership with the expanded perspective of my inner
being
i can take a broader perspective of what is going on right now
i can take a step back and see clearly i
can see that although it feels like a big deal it's not really
and most of it is in my head anyway
any feelings of resistance have come from my mind wanting to control the situation
any resistance has come from my little self
so i am letting go i open my arms and release my hands
i soften my jaw i take a deep breath
i'm stepping into the river
as i enter the river i can feel the cool water on my toes and under my feet
i can feel this cool refreshing water filling my feet
as i enter the river i am feeling the slight crispness of the water
as it moves around my waist and up to my lower ribs
i feel like the water is flowing through me
i lay back with arms stretched out
hands open feeling the sensation of the water as i rest upon it
and the coolness on the back of my head
i float
i float on the river
the water moves through me
and i'm still supported by it
it holds me there is no difference between me and
the water i am the water
we are one i am one with the flow
floating down the river
i am free to move and look around in appreciation
of all the great aspects of this time in life
i can tap into whatever i want
i can stop and breathe
put my attention on the spirit aspect of
myself i can feel it in my body and around me
like energy flowing
and when i put my attention on it i have a definite feeling of it
when i stop and listen i can hear my inner being
i can ask my inner being anything and it answers me
i can feel the resonance with its voice
i am able to understand its messages
i am ready for what it has to share with me
it feels so great to listen to hear or feel it
i am in alignment with my inner being
and i can feel the communication happening now
my body tingles and vibrates slightly as i feel into my inner being
it is also a very gentle energy
i know that my life flow is directed in this way
i can feel it i can feel how happy it is with me
